11:30 - Cowboy breakfast is served, Silent auction ends, DJ Brian Murray spins the tables

Ranch House Station--- Rib-eye steak, chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken tenders, country cream gravy, cole slaw, skinless baked potatoes, green beans, corn cobbetts, biscuits and yeast rolls

Chuck Wagon Station--- Chuck Wagon chili, western stew, ranch hand beans, smoked sausage, cornbread and biscuits with butter, assortment of fried foods (fried jalapenos, fried pickles, cheese stix etc)
